Rolling Hall, the mecca of Hongdae's music scene, has confirmed its growing interest by selling out early bird tickets for the first large-scale festival, '2025 Sound Planet Festival,' which commemorates its 30th anniversary.
According to Rolling Hall, the host and organizer, the early bird ticket sales, which began at 2 p.m. on the 21st, saw a massive influx of fans as soon as they opened, leading to all limited tickets being sold out in an instant. This is yet another result proving the public's high interest and expectations for the 'Sound Planet Festival.'
The first lineup, released at noon on the 17th, features icons of Korean rock YB, explosive stage presence of Cherry Filter, the delicate band Nell, and singer-songwriter Lee Seung-yoon, known for outstanding musicality and authenticity, as well as Broken Valentine, Damon's Ear, Song So-hee, Can't be Blue, KARDI, City, Hae-soo Way, and the representative Japanese rock bands envy and MASS OF THE FERMENTING DREGS, totaling 13 groups that have drawn attention.
In response, CEO Kim Cheon-seong of Rolling Hall said, "I sincerely thank everyone for the enthusiastic interest and support for the Sound Planet Festival, which we are hosting for the first time to celebrate Rolling Hall's 30th anniversary. I ask for much interest in the upcoming announcement of the second lineup and the general ticket opening. We will prepare a gift that will come as a surprise to meet the audience's expectations."
Meanwhile, the '2025 Sound Planet Festival' will take place from September 13 (Saturday) to 14 (Sunday) at PARADISE CITY, and the schedule for general ticket sales and detailed programs will be released sequentially through the official website and social media channels.
