'I Am Solo' season 24's Young-sik speaks out about various controversies during his appearance on 'Ask Us Anything.'
Tonight (21st) at 8:30 p.m., in the 313th episode of KBS Joy's 'Ask Us Anything', Young-sik, a hot topic from 'I Am Solo', will appear alongside a workplace colleague.
Addressing Seo Jang-hoon and Lee Soo-keun, who did not recognize him, Young-sik states, "I participated in 'I Am Solo', having immersed myself in it too much while trying to find a partner, which unintentionally made me a villain, receiving not only criticism but also harsh scolding from many viewers." He adds, "I want to clarify the controversies surrounding me."
He explains, "I thought of Ok-soon, who approached me first on the first day, as my fateful counterpart," noting that he became a villain due to his incorrect words and actions. He also mentions making inappropriate statements during a random date under the concept of "practice dating with Ok-soon" and describes crying as he read a letter during a 5:1 date while even witnessing Ok-soon on a date with another man through a gap in the door.
Seo Jang-hoon remarks, "You are also a problematic kid," pointing out Young-sik's wrong actions, while acknowledging that "the production team must have cheered," and Lee Soo-keun adds, "The success of 'I Am Solo' is thanks to the people participating."
Young-sik shares, "I insist to my parents that my behavior on the show was just acting," revealing behind-the-scenes stories that weren't disclosed during the broadcast.
In response, Seo Jang-hoon advises, "In time, the disadvantages will outweigh the advantages," suggesting, "After a month or two, people's interest will wane," indicating that Young-sik's story from 'I Am Solo' can be seen in the 313th episode of 'Ask Us Anything' airing tonight (21st) at 8:30 p.m. on KBS Joy.
