Lee Yo-won revealed that her youngest son is on the same basketball team as her close friend Lee Min-jung's son in 'Choi Hwa-jung and Kim Ho-young's I Missed You.'
In the 7th episode of ENA's entertainment show 'Choi Hwa-jung and Kim Ho-young's I Missed You,' aired on the 20th, Lee Yo-won, Kang Chan-hee, and Kim Gang-hyun appeared as guests after they came together for the movie 'Ghosts.'
On that day, Choi Hwa-jung asked, "I have a question for Yo-won. Why did you get married so early?" Lee Yo-won replied, "Of course, I was in love, but it wasn't a love to get married. It just felt natural because the atmosphere and timing were right."
She continued, "I originally didn't want to marry and preferred to wait. However, I also ask parents who got married and had kids at a young age the same question: 'Why did you get married early? Were you crazy? Why did you do that?'" This brought laughter.
Having married early at the age of 23, Lee Yo-won has now become a college student mom. She said, "I feel great now. In the past, when my daughter was young, I didn't feel like a mom, but now, raising my second and third kids, I realize I really didn't know. Now we both feel great. The kids enjoy that I am not just a mom but a young mom." She mentioned having a 20-year-old first daughter, a 10-year-old second son, and a 9-year-old youngest son.
Kim Ho-young then mentioned, "And the youngest plays basketball with Lee Min-jung's son, who is a close friend of mine." Lee Yo-won's youngest son and Lee Min-jung's son not only play on the same basketball team but also practice ice hockey together. Kim Ho-young asked, "If they're on the same team, is there a rivalry in terms of skill?"
Lee Yo-won said, "(Lee Min-jung's son) Jun-ho is much taller, so he plays center and our son is of average height. He's fast, so he plays guard. They have good chemistry because they have been friends since childhood." She continued, "Recently, Lee Min-jung opened a YouTube channel and it caused a stir. Kids are saying, 'It has a lot of views,' 'Auntie is doing it,' 'Mom is doing it.'"
Choi Hwa-jung asked, "Have you thought about doing YouTube?" Lee Yo-won replied, "I think it would become a chore for me and I already have so many chores. The kids want it. Nowadays, kids are in the YouTube era, so they want me to be on it. They can't watch works, can they?"
Kim Ho-young shared a story, saying, "Min-jung's older brother said that her son only knows dad Lee Byung-hun. Since the kids don't know about mom, Lee Min-jung said, 'I will try harder.'"
