Eun Ji-won said he loves his mother.
On the 19th, the broadcast of KBS 2TV's 'The Man Who Cooks Season 2' (hereinafter 'The Cooking Man') depicted Eun Ji-won's gradual transformation in expressing emotions.
That day, Eun Ji-won, who visited Sancheongpo, boarded the boat of Park Seo-jin's father. Park Seo-jin's father recalled the time when he had a severe accident while working on the boat. The father explained, "My hand got caught in the fishing net. All my baby teeth were knocked out. About 24 hours after the accident, a strange smell started to come from my hand because it was rotting," and stated that he ultimately had no choice but to amputate his finger.
Eun Ji-won said, "Park Seo-jin knows everything, so he won't let me ride the boat," while the father revealed his reason for still getting on the boat was, "I miss my son, who went to heaven first. Everything is forgotten when I go to the sea," expressing his lingering longing.
Park Seo-jin's father emphasized that one should always express feelings when family is alive. Eun Ji-won mentioned, "My father was also sick and had been hospitalized for a long time. He used to look so big when he was well, but it was hard to see him lying there unable to do anything. I couldn't even visit him properly. After hearing Park Seo-jin's father's advice, I thought of my father, but I feel even more sorry."
Eun Ji-won mustered the courage to leave a video letter for his mother, saying, "I love you, and I always hope you are healthy," in response to the reaction around him that expressing feelings is essential.
