Actress Chae Seo-an revealed that she worked part-time at over 7 places after filming 'When Life Gives You Tangerines.'
On the 19th, the YouTube channel 'Harper's Bazaar Korea' released a new video titled 'About the part-time worker Chae Seo-an, who said she worked 7 part-time jobs, and her shocking ideal type... an #online interview with Mrs. Hak after When Life Gives You Tangerines.'
That day, when asked about her recent activities after 'When Life Gives You Tangerines,' Chae Seo-an said, 'I finished filming in 2023 and shot an independent film called 'The Runner.' After that project, there was a period of organizing things with the previous company. While thinking about what to do next, I worked at a rice cake factory through a friend who works at an outsourcing company.'
She continued, 'I went to a cookie factory because it was too hard at the rice cake factory, but my skin got worse. Since it's an oily production area,' and mentioned that she worked part-time at various places including an electronics factory, a major corporate research facility, a card terminal manufacturer, a door lock manufacturer, and a CCTV quality team. She noted that it has been about a month since she quit her last part-time job.
Chae Seo-an said, 'I auditioned for 'When Life Gives You Tangerines' in 2022. It was an audition for a project that my previous company set me up with. At a time when I was feeling down after repeatedly being rejected from other projects, I received a call saying I had passed. It felt like a dream,' and added, 'I thought, 'Oh, this is such a great project,' and I didn't think I would be loved as 'Mrs. Hak' since my role wasn't that big. My family loved it so much.'
She added, 'I haven't received many DMs in my life, so I can't read them all. However, occasionally I happen to see DMs, and I capture and save them.'
Meanwhile, Chae Seo-an gained great popularity for her role as young Yeong-ran in the Netflix series 'When Life Gives You Tangerines' that was released last month.
