On the 18th, Mark secured the No. 1 trophy on terrestrial music broadcasts for his solo debut with the title track '1999' from his first solo album 'The Firstfruit,' which aired on KBS2's 'Music Bank.' He further demonstrated his popularity by achieving a double crown on music shows, having won on MBC M's 'Show! Champion' prior to 'Music Bank.'

It expresses his aspiration to become a pop star who adorns the last moments of the century, having been born in its final year.
Additionally, Mark has achieved 'half a million seller' status with this album, reaching No. 1 on the daily and weekly charts of domestic albums, No. 1 on domestic streaming charts, No. 1 on China's QQ Music digital album sales chart, No. 1 on Japan's AWA real-time rise chart, and ranking on Spotify's 'Top Album Debut Global' chart as well as the UK's official chart for 'Downloads' and 'Single Sales,' garnering high interest from global fans.
