Kian84 showed tears while recalling his father during a conversation with a guest.
On the 18th, Netflix revealed a video titled 'Kian84, who was reminded of his past with his tearful father, has been encouraged by someone today.'
In the video, Kian84 spoke with a guest who is undergoing cancer treatment. Kian84 said, "I never thought about family coming here. But they came, and I thought I should talk too. But why is my father sick? Don't be sick."
Kian84 began, "My father passed away when he was 26. He raised me but died of lung cancer," and continued, "My father loved fishing, so we used to go fishing together. I was trying to start a comic but didn't have money, so my father gave me pocket money. It was frustrating because I wanted to treat him well, but the timing didn't work out. My father would give me money, but I only accepted it."
Kian84 noted, "(My father) went fishing before he passed away to spend time together, but (the guest) seems to be in a similar situation," forming a bond with the family guests who visited Kian's Bizarre B&B.
In response, the guest explained, "If it were worsening, I wouldn't be hiding it and wouldn't talk about it. However, the disease is improving, and I'm undergoing treatment while taking medication. Fortunately, I have genes that can be treated with oral medication."
Netflix's Kian's Bizarre B&B is a new variety show where Kian84, Jin, and Ji Ye-eun host guests at a bizarre inn on Ulleungdo. It was released on the 8th and features Kian84, BTS's Jin, and actress Ji Ye-eun.
