Singer Yoo Hee-yeol expressed his feelings about returning to broadcasting after three years.
On the afternoon of the 18th, Yoo Hee-yeol served as a special DJ on MBC FM4U's 'Baechulsu's Music Camp,' standing in for Baechulsu, who was on vacation.
This year marks the 35th anniversary of 'Baechulsu's Music Camp,' which prepared a vacation period for Baechulsu, who has consistently held the fort, and had special DJs like Yoon Do-hyun, OKDAL, and Yiruma.
From this day until the 21st, Yoo Hee-yeol, who was set to appear as a special DJ, made a comeback to broadcasting after about three years, evoking feelings of joy.
Yoo Hee-yeol opened by saying, "It's really been a long time. Sitting in this radio studio, which feels like first love, I feel like I'm finally back and standing before the mirror."
He formally greeted the listeners, saying, "It's been a really long time since I've had the chance to greet you. I will be hosting from today until next Monday in place of Baechulsu, who is on vacation. This is Yoo Hee-yeol."
He continued, "I played the role of the substitute DJ on 'Baekyem' in 2016 and 2019. It's been six years since I last got to greet you from this spot. I'm so nervous. My head has turned completely white, making it one of the most nerve-wracking moments of my life. I think my voice is trembling because I'm so nervous."
Additionally, he said, "These days, I have become extremely selective with my words when I speak. Since coming to this position, I have thought a lot. To those who are welcoming, I would like to express my gratitude; to those who might feel discomfort, I offer my apologies."
