Singer Yoo Seung-beom reported his recent situation living with his Brazilian son.
On the 17th, singer Yoo Seung-beom appeared on MBN's 'Exclusive World.'
Famous for his contributions to the drama 'Jealousy' OST, which aired in 1992, Yoo Seung-beom shared his current situation managing a pub in Gunsan. He said, "I sell beer and also sing. I am doing well here in Gunsan."
Today, Yoo Seung-beom attracted attention by introducing a young Brazilian named Stevis, saying, "He is an employee, a friend, and also my son." Yoo Seung-beom has embraced Stevis, who came from Brazil eight years ago, as family and lives together.
Yoo Seung-beom confessed his business failure, stating, "I ambitiously started a site to teach (music) online, received investments, and was successful, but due to lack of experience and various issues, the company collapsed. I think I fell under a debt of about 2 billion won."
Ultimately choosing divorce, Yoo Seung-beom shared, "My wife had a miscarriage, and that was when the company collapsed. My wife knew I was going through a very difficult time, so she wanted to endure and overcome together, but I felt I needed to save that friend at least. All separations are sad, and every divorce tears the heart apart."
In particular, he said, "When my business collapsed, I went to seek help from someone who made a lot of money because of me. I sent a secretary with an envelope of money, and they ran away. While walking down with that, I experienced panic disorder. Suddenly, I couldn't breathe, grew weak, and started sweating all over. I rolled on the floor for several hours," expressing his sorrow.
Reflecting on Stevis, he remarked, "Living alone at a young age, he has attempted things he shouldn't have, and I think he came to Korea wanting to live in a very unstable mental state. I feel a sense of kinship where I should extend a hand to help him crawl up on his own. I think of Stevis as the hand that helped me in my time of need."
