The recording scene of singer Choi Soo-ho's new album has been revealed.
The agency Fogo Entertainment unveiled behind-the-scenes footage of Choi Soo-ho's first mini album 'One' at 1 p.m. on the 16th through its official YouTube channel.
The released video captures Choi Soo-ho's recording process for all tracks included in the new album 'One', from the title track 'Going All the Way' to the songs 'Walking in a Dream', 'Together', 'Mother's Song', and 'Man of Joseon' 2025 version.
Stepping into the recording booth, Choi Soo-ho, even without makeup, showcased a charming visual that left onlookers in awe. After putting on headphones and starting to sing, he generously displayed a deepened vocal tone and singing ability, highlighting the emotions each song embodies and confirming his status as a 'Trot' sensation.
Additionally, Choi Soo-ho demonstrated a professional side by constantly repeating recording and monitoring to create a more perfect result. He also attempted various styles of ad-libbing and flawlessly handled powerful high notes, leading to a satisfying 'okay' sign from the director.
Choi Soo-ho made his comeback to the music scene with the release of his first mini album 'One' on the 5th. The title track 'Going All the Way' features Choi Soo-ho's vocalization of traditional Korean music in the intro, creating an original atmosphere, showcasing the unique charm of blending tradition and modernity.
Notably, the score was composed by Oh Jun-seong, a 'master of OST' in South Korea, who has worked on soundtracks for various dramas, and the lyrics were penned by Lee Geon-woo, who has written more than 1,200 songs over approximately 40 years, including 'Amor Fati' by Kim Yeon-ja, 'Love Is Not For Anyone' by Tae Jin-ah, and 'Moon of Seoul' by Song Ga-in, resulting in the creation of a splendid Latin dance track.
The first mini album 'One', which allows listeners to experience Choi Soo-ho's solid vocal skills and wide musical spectrum, is available on various music platforms.
