Sakgang mentioned a surgery she had earlier this year on 'Soleora-seo.'
On the afternoon of the 15th, SBS Plus and E Channel jointly produced a variety show 'Soleora-seo,' where Hwang Jung-eum hosted a home party for her son, Kang Sik-yi, who is turning three years old, inviting his kindergarten friends and parents.
Sakgang said, 'I had surgery earlier this year,' while giving a shy smile. Hwang Jung-eum asked, 'You look so healthy, what happened?' Sakgang replied, 'It wasn't even that day, but there was some spotting.'
Sakgang candidly shared, 'Later, they suggested I get a cancer marker test. I had a lot of thoughts. In the midst of this, what if I had cancer? What would I do? What about my kids? I had all kinds of thoughts.'
Sakgang continued, 'Fortunately, it wasn't cancer. They told me it would be good to go to a larger hospital for further tests. They said I needed to have surgery quickly. They warned that it would become a big problem if I left it untreated, so I secured a surgery date and it was hard to get up the day I had to be hospitalized.'
Sakgang explained, 'Later I found out it had ruptured inside. It ruptured about 7 cm. It was affecting my organs,' which shocked Hwang Jung-eum.
