On that day, Hyoyeon opened the conversation by saying, 'It's been a while since we met privately,' and Seohyun responded, 'That's right. The drama filming finished a week ago. Hyoyeon noted, 'I asked Seo Juhyun to come on, but she said she wouldn't come unless it was for a movie or drama promotion,' which led to a playful exchange where Seohyun rebutted, 'What are you talking about? Seohyun expressed her dissatisfaction, saying, 'I don't like this order. Fourth? It's a really awkward order. It should either be first or last.' By being the fourth member to appear, after Sooyoung, Taeyeon, and Yoona, Hyoyeon comforted her by saying, 'I wanted to invite our youngest last,' but when Seohyun replied, 'I want to come out again,' Hyoyeon promptly said, 'That's not allowed,' bringing laughter. Still, Hyoyeon added, 'Whenever our youngest wants to come on, she's always welcome,' with a smile.
Hyoyeon continued, 'Now the fans are really looking forward to Seohyun's arrival. Because we talked a lot about Seohyun in between,' and Seohyun replied, 'I saw all of it.' At this, Hyoyeon seemed flustered as she gazed into the camera, while Seohyun recounted, 'You said it's awkward for me to speak informally. I can do it, but you say it's awkward, so I thought, 'Can I not?'. When Sooyoung said, 'It's a bit awkward for Seohyun to speak informally,' you said, 'That's right.' I can completely do it, but I can't roll back, so I was thinking, what do I do?'
Hearing this, Hyoyeon said, 'It's really fine. Just speak comfortably,' but when Seohyun replied 'Okay' using informal speech, it made for an awkward moment that drew laughter.
While discussing, Hyoyeon asked, 'When we met recently, you told me to speak informally. So, do you speak informally to Panhee and those friends too?' Seohyun replied, 'I speak informally to Panhee, Sooyoung, and Yuri. The reason I started speaking informally then was that I was appearing alongside senior peers, but there was a bit of an age difference. Since I kept saying 'Hello', they told me, 'Don't do that. Speak like friends so that you can act comfortably,' and I had to forcefully say, 'Hi, have you eaten?'
Seohyun remarked, 'But once I started speaking informally, I felt a really close connection,' and Hyoyeon replied, 'Speak informally to me too.' Seohyun responded, 'But since Yoona mixes informal and formal speech, I think, 'I'm the youngest, so how can I speak informally?' Therefore, I think mixing it would be better.
Additionally, when asked if there was something she had recently become fascinated with, Seohyun said, 'I really like pianist Lim Yoonchan. When taking photos for SM's 30th anniversary, it was the day of the ticketing for Lim Yoonchan's recital. I absolutely had to get the tickets, but I had to film for Girls' Generation. But I couldn't ask them to delay filming because of this.'
Seohyun continued, 'So there are many of us members. I asked them to please leave me free from 2:55 p.m. to 3:20 p.m. I had never done ticketing myself, but (after trying) I came to understand the fans' feelings. What is this that my heart is racing, and why does the time feel like it's not going? From 30 minutes before, I put it in do not disturb mode, turned off all the alarms, and checked the current time while pressing the button. It's a 3,000-seat venue, but I was the 4,000th one. I completely failed.'
She shared, 'As I tried again, suddenly two seats appeared. I felt like if I took both, I would miss one, so I pressed only one. It was a success. At that moment, I realized how our fans have done this for over 10 years. My heart felt like it was going to shrink,' and Hyoyeon added, 'I know. When I was trying to get tickets for 'Strongest Baseball', there were six of us, and we couldn't get tickets. I thought, 'Wow, this is really hard.'
Meanwhile, Seohyun will meet the audience in the film 'Holy Night: Demon Hunters', which opens on the 30th, playing the role of Sharon, who has a special ability to find demons.
Hyoyeon asked, 'I heard that Seohyun challenged the role of an exorcist. Is this with senior Ma Dong-seok?' Seohyun replied, 'Ko Kyung-soo and Jung Ji-soo also appear in it. Seohyun explained, 'My character is an exorcist mixed with demon blood. In fact, she can switch to either being on the side of demons or humans at any time. She selects whether to be human or to bring out the demons.' He stated, 'The overall story of the movie is that the city becomes very desolate due to a group that worships evil, and the team called 'Holy Night' is made up of people with special abilities. So, they save the city and the people. It's a movie where they punish evil. It's coming out soon.'
