Actor Choi Yeo-jin expressed gratitude to those who supported her.
A video titled "A gift for my daughter before her wedding. A typical Tuesday" was posted on Choi Yeo-jin's personal YouTube channel on 15th.
Choi Yeo-jin conveyed her appreciation while cooking with spring greens given by her father. She said, "There are more people supporting me than I thought, so I'm genuinely emotional while reading the support messages."
She added, "It's truly touching and I can't express how much it helps and comforts me that people deliberately come find me to leave encouraging messages. I'd like to treat them to a meal next time."
Choi Yeo-jin recently experienced emotional distress due to rumors of an affair with her fiancé. Previously, the two appeared on a broadcast together, but after announcing their marriage, they were embroiled in various allegations.
In 2020, when Choi Yeo-jin appeared on tvN's "On & Off," her fiancé and his ex-wife appeared as Choi Yeo-jin's "Gyeonggi family." At that time, Choi Yeo-jin described her fiancé and his ex-wife as "people like a dad and mom," and she conveyed a friendly atmosphere while having a meal with the two.
However, a few years later, news broke that she was dating the person who she had referred to as "someone like a dad," shocking netizens. Following the rumors, Choi Yeo-jin eventually appeared on a broadcast to clarify.
Fiancé Kim Jae-wook said, "We got married in 2016, and after six months, we realized we were going in different directions. So we started living separately from 2017. I didn't tell anyone after the divorce," and added, "I know it might be hard to understand, but we parted ways amicably. Since we are going in different directions, we support each other."
Choi Yeo-jin said, "What I can clearly say is that I met him after the divorce, and I hope you understand that I did not engage in any behavior that could lead to misunderstandings.
