Meanwhile, on the 16th, the 50th Civil Agreement Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon) dismissed the injunction request filed by the five members of NewJeans.
In response, the legal representatives of Minji, Hanni, Daniel, Haerin, and HAEIN stated, "Today, the court confirmed the original decision of the injunction and we have submitted an immediate appeal. We will faithfully engage in the ongoing legal proceedings and do our best to ensure that the facts are clearly established."
