The group UNIS will launch a signal flare for its rise in 2025 with 'SWICY.'
UNIS (Jinhyunju, Nana, Jellydonka, Kotoko, Bang Yoonha, Elisia, O-yuna, Lim Seowon) will release their second mini album 'SWICY' through various music sites at 6 p.m. on the 15th and will begin full-scale activities.
'SWICY' is a new album that UNIS presents following their first single 'CURIOUS' released in August last year, and it is their first comeback work of 2025. The album name is a coined term that combines 'Sweet' and 'Spicy.' UNIS expresses the global trend of the harmony of spicy and sweet through music, characteristic of Generation Z icons.
The new release features a total of five tracks. The title track 'SWICY' is followed by 'From the CIAAT called 'What are you doing?'', 'DDANG!', 'Good Feeling', and 'Spring Rain', showcasing the diverse musical charm of the eight members.
In the meantime, UNIS has provided global fans with the pleasure of sight and sound by pursuing various concept changes. With 'SUPERWOMAN', they revealed the kitsch of Generation Z, and with 'You Don't Know', they showcased the confidence of Generation Z. With 'SWICY,' they focus on the charm that naturally emerges from the age group of Generation Z.
To maximize this, both the music and the concept stand out with a much brighter appearance than in previous works. 'SWICY', completed with a school look concept that suits the members' age and a cheerful melody, is expected to deliver lovely and lively energy to the viewers.
Meanwhile, UNIS will release their mini album 'SWICY' at 6 p.m. on the 15th. They will hold a fan showcase at 8 p.m. to first present the stage for the new song.
