Released on April 14, NCT WISH's second mini album 'poppop' dominated major domestic album charts such as the Hanteo Chart, YES24, Hot Tracks, and Circle Chart retail album chart, proving NCT WISH's powerful presence and popularity.
The title track 'poppop' ranked 26th on Melon TOP100, 2nd on the HOT100 (within 30 days of release), and 4th in real-time on Bugs, occupying a peak position on domestic music charts, while the music video also reached 2nd on YouTube's trending music, confirming the growing interest from music fans towards NCT WISH.
Additionally, NCT WISH not only topped the real-time rising chart 1st on the Japanese local platform AWA with 'poppop', but also recorded 3rd on QQ Music's trend peak chart and 7th on the new song chart in China, particularly experiencing explosive reactions in the local market as the QQ Music chat event held on the day of release surpassed 500,000 comments, setting a record for K-pop artists.
NCT WISH will hold a special offline event 'poppop in the bubble' today (15th) at 12 p.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. at Incheon Songdo Moonlight Festival Park auxiliary stadium, unveiling the stage for the new song 'poppop' along with other tracks, introducing the album, and engaging with fans through various segments for a special day.
