As allegations about the character of Sunwoo from the group The Boyz have emerged, Nana, an actress and former After School member, has drawn attention by publicly criticizing him. In response, Sunwoo said, "It's ridiculous."

On the 13th, Nana opened up, saying, "It seems like they are talking about my comment. I was also surprised to see malicious comments and posts demanding apologies on my Instagram. I didn't write that comment to get it published, but it seems that this matter has grown larger, and it's a bit concerning."

She continued, "Judging someone solely based on a short video isn't right, but I didn't conclude that person is a certain way; their behavior seemed very impolite, and it was quite shocking to me. So I thought that such behavior is not acceptable, and that’s why I expressed my feelings that they should be scolded for it."

In particular, Nana pointed out Sunwoo's actions, saying, "While looking at the dropped AirPods, I spoke loudly for everyone to hear that they were my AirPods. He didn't move a single step despite being only a few steps away. Who is he asking to pick them up? Is he unable to move? Could it be due to the age difference with someone who might be much older? Shouldn't he be able to use his own hands and feet? Was he really expecting the item he dropped to come to him?"

Additionally, Nana stated, "I didn't see the video that way. But I might have misinterpreted it. Anyone can be in a situation where they can be misunderstood. So, I watched the video again and again. I don't know who he is, but if someone like that was next to me, I would have said the same thing. 'He should be scolded.' I would add, 'Where did you learn that behavior?'"

Sunwoo also expressed his feelings on the fan communication platform that day, saying, "I tried to reflect on how it appeared to others, but I get scolded for saying what I needed to say to people leaving outrageous malicious comments based on just a few seconds of video. People are really frightening. They should know when to stop, either by keeping quiet or addressing issues properly. If I don't speak, it feels like things will fester, so I will speak up. I apologize if some fans, known as 'Derby,' don't want this kind of explanation, but I feel the need to say it."

He added, "I'm used to being criticized, so please stop worrying about me. I'm really okay. While they might be uncomfortable, the fans who have supported me for years know me better than those who have only seen a few seconds of me. I want to avoid being misunderstood as someone who abuses power or is rude. I will work harder to ensure that my actions appear gentlemanly, so that fans won't feel the need to provide explanations like this. I believe this is something I need to continuously improve on."

Moreover, he expressed his frustration regarding the controversy surrounding his attitude, saying, "I absolutely wouldn't shout at my bodyguard to pick up my AirPods in front of all the fans. It's just ridiculous."

Recently, Sunwoo was spotted waiting without picking up his dropped earphones, shouting, "My earphones." A bodyguard picked up the earphones and handed them to Sunwoo, who received them with one hand.

After the video spread on social media, Nana commented, "He should be scolded," and when a netizen responded, "It's really disappointing and thoughtless to judge someone based on such a brief video and comment as a public figure. Aren't you a senior in the entertainment industry? You should understand how painful such things can be," Nana replied, "You can see ten things by looking at one."

It is rare for a celebrity to express opinions on the videos of another embroiled in controversy, which has made Nana's remarks a hot topic, further intensifying the allegations against Sunwoo.
