"Fresh off the Sea"'s Lim Ji-yeon and Lee Jae-wook experienced severe seasickness during their first fishing trip.
The first episode of tvN's "Fresh off the Sea," which aired on the 13th, showcased the meeting of siblings Yum Jung-ah, Park Joon Myun, Lim Ji-yeon, and Lee Jae-wook as they embarked on their journey to the first fishing spot in Goseong, Gangwon Province.
Yum Jung-ah, seeing the youngest Lee Jae-wook, remarked, "He seems to have a bit of a knack for work." Lee Jae-wook stated, "I have some part-time job experience, including convenience stores, PC rooms, billiard halls, car washes, wedding hall serving, parking attendants, fast food restaurants, and kitchen assistants," mentioning his impressive experience. Upon hearing this, Yum Jung-ah gave a pleased smile.
Later, in February, the four siblings gathered at an office at 4 a.m. The siblings, set to board an enormous boat, struggled with the freezing temperatures of minus 20 degrees Celsius and seasickness. In particular, the youngest, Lee Jae-wook and Lim Ji-yeon, were in such discomfort that they could hardly contain themselves.
After finishing their fishing trip, the siblings warmed up by eating fish cakes. Lim Ji-yeon noted, "It was colder than I thought," revealing it had been a tough day. Lee Jae-wook commented, "Later, I was wiping my nose and didn't notice I wasn't cleaning it up," and Lim Ji-yeon added, "Me too. My nose was frozen here," sharing her empathy.
