A person who claims to have been neglected and abused due to their mother's continuous remarriage seeks advice from the advisers.
Tonight (14th) at 8:30 p.m., episode 312 of KBS Joy's 'Ask Anything' features a person who wants to escape the trauma of continuous remarriages and ongoing abuse, appearing with their aunt.
The person, who is living with their aunt after their mother unexpectedly passed away, explains their complicated family relationships, saying, 'I don't even know who my biological father is.'
Their mother had four husbands, and only three of them were officially registered. They naturally began to recognize the second stepfather by his last name, and they reported that there was no violence from that stepfather.
However, the mother often left the house without providing food and even neglected them.
One day, the second stepfather divorced, and although they lived with their mother's cohabitant, they were bullied by him under the pretext of discipline. The mother, who witnessed this, did not respond at all and even scolded them.
The cohabitant did not last long, and the mother married the third stepfather. As a child was born from that marriage, discrimination and abuse began, and they were even sent to an orphanage.
They were placed in an orphanage for two years and could only return home after promising their mother that they would participate in household chores and taking care of their younger sibling.
Not long after that, following their mother's passing, they began to stay at their aunt's house, and various mental health issues started to emerge.
