The group IVE has kicked off their fan concert tour in Japan.
IVE (Ahn Yujin, Gaeul, RAY, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, and Lee Seo) held a performance in Nagoya, as part of their Japan fan concert tour "IVE SCOUT" IN JAPAN on the 12th and 13th at the Aichi Sky Expo in Nagoya. Local fans expressed special anticipation for the fan concert, which is being held for the first time in RAY's hometown, as the members held a total of four performances over two days, performing twice each day, and marked a glamorous start to the tour.
On this day, IVE opened the concert with "REBEL HEART" and "I AM." The members took the stage in uniforms, showcasing their dazzling visuals, and dominated the atmosphere with stable live performances.
After finishing the stage, IVE greeted their fans, known as DIVE, in Japanese. They shared updates about their lives and TMI, getting closer to the fans, and later moved into a heartfelt performance of their Japanese debut song "ELEVEN - Japanese ver.-."
A special unit stage that could only be seen at the fan concert was also presented. Ahn Yujin, Gaeul, and RAY performed the Japanese version of Orange Caramel's "Magic Girl," while Jang Wonyoung, Liz, and Lee Seo showcased Dua Lipa's "Levitating," drawing loud cheers. In particular, the cute scenes of the members struggling to acquire wands during the "Magic Girl" stage brought laughter, while the stylish visuals of the members dressed in suits during the "Levitating" stage impressed the fans. Furthermore, the new song "TKO" was unveiled for the first time in Japan, heightening the excitement in the venue.
As it was a fan concert, a corner named "DIVE MISSION: Move it, Do it!" was also arranged where the members completed various missions sent by Japanese DIVE. They carried out a variety of missions, including challenges currently popular locally as well as those that were topics of discussion in the past, bringing joy to the audience. After completing all missions, they took a photo holding a "Mini B" bouquet together to commemorate the moment.
Following that, IVE performed the title tracks from their second Japanese album, "CRUSH," during the 1st and 3rd performances, and the title track from their first Japanese album, "WAVE," during the 2nd and 4th performances. Since both songs are original Japanese tracks that hit local charts, the fans completed the stage by chanting their cheering slogans loudly.
In addition, IVE captivated the local fans perfectly with a relay of mega hits like "Kitsch," "LOVE DIVE," and "After LIKE," and concluded the main performance with their new title track "ATTITUDE."
As IVE finished their stage and exited, cheers for an encore from the fans flooded in. In response, the members surprised the audience by performing their new song "THANK U" and personally handed out signed balls, expressing their heartfelt gratitude. They followed up with an encore performance of "NOT YOUR GIRL," making deep connections with each fan until the very end, singing passionately.
After the Nagoya concert, RAY expressed through their agency Starship Entertainment, "I am so happy and grateful to hold a fan concert in my hometown of Nagoya. It's a moment I have dreamed of for a long time, and I believe it will remain as an unforgettable memory for life. I thank everyone who shared this precious memory with me." They added, "I always give my best, but this concert made me resolve to work even harder. I will give my utmost on the upcoming performances in Fukuoka, Kobe, and Yokohama with gratitude. IVE will continue their Japan fan concert tour "IVE SCOUT" IN JAPAN at Marine Messe Fukuoka on the 21st to 22nd, Kobe World Memorial Hall on the 25th to 26th, and K-Arena Yokohama on the 29th to 30th.
