'Let's go 4' Ahn Jae-mo revealed that he lost a large sum of money to a scam.
On the afternoon of the 13th, the MBN entertainment show 'Let's go 4' featured MCs Ahn Jung-hwan and Hong Hyun-hee visiting actor Ahn Jae-mo's home.
Ahn Jae-mo shared that 'The Age of Wilderness' was a huge hit in Mongolia, saying, "There is no one in Mongolia who doesn't know me. Not a single person."
Ahn Jae-mo, who also filmed a local movie in Mongolia, candidly said, "It was really tough. The environment is so different from ours. Because the rent(expense) is high, I had a lot of nosebleeds. I received the highest pay ever in that country. Compared to our country's won, it was inexpensive."
Ahn Jae-mo continued, "The President of Mongolia gave me land. It was around 2006 or 2007. They said they would give me land and a villa. 'Will I ever come back here again?' I didn't take the land deed," sharing a poignant anecdote.
Ahn Jae-mo, who mentioned that he lost money due to scams, said, "I became a debtor and my wife became a woman who has it all." He added that his wife doesn't trust him.
Ahn Jae-mo, who was scammed twice, said, "The first incident was quite significant, and the second one was a bit smaller. Even if it's smaller, it's millions of won. (Before marriage) I had a mortgage loan for a red ginseng business. My wife paid off the loan for me," referring to his wife's remarkable generosity.
