G-Dragon's journey of 'Good Day' has come to an end.
The final story of the 2025 Good Day project with G-Dragon was revealed in the 8th episode of MBC's entertainment program 'Good Day' broadcast on the 13th.
The group song for 'Good Day' has been determined to be 'Telepathy' and 'From the Moonlight Window.' Previously, G-Dragon directed each of the 88z friends, highlighting their individual personalities.
That day in the recording studio, Kwanghee revealed his fan feelings, asking, "Isn't it amazing to interview with CL?" and "What are you looking forward to? I'm curious about your rap too." CL responded, "I don't want to rap. If I do, I want to sing," stating a preference for the latter part. When offered the opportunity to direct CL's recording, Kwanghee couldn't hide his excitement.
At that moment, Hong Jin Kyung, Defconn, Kian84, and Jeong Hyung Don appeared. While they were testing each other with songs, G-Dragon, who had just finished filming the music video, showed up. Jeong Hyung Don and G-Dragon then recreated the iconic recording studio scene from 'Infinity Challenge' 13 years ago, creating a sweet atmosphere once again. Seeing this, Hong Jin Kyung admired, "That's why he must be GD's man."
After the first recording was completed, on the second recording day, Code Kunst took over the directing in place of the busy G-Dragon, who was occupied with concerts. Code Kunst told Kim Goeun, who was feeling awkward, "Just think you are playing that role in the movie 'Good Day,'" and Kim Goeun responded, "I need to get a bit more into character," focusing and singing with her clear voice.
Upon hearing this, Code Kunst noted, "It feels a bit like a college song festival. I love it," expressing satisfaction by saying, "It’s a sound that I want to keep listening to even after hearing it repeatedly."
Next, Taeyang and BSS directed Anh Sung-jae and Hwang Jung-min. Since Anh Sung-jae was busy preparing for the store opening at the time of the shoot, he had to start recording first, and a flustered Anh Sung-jae asked, "Are we really recording in front of these people?" Normally lacking confidence in singing, Anh Sung-jae challenged himself to record his first song.
Hwang Jung-min also entered the recording studio with a tense expression. Particularly concerned about being responsible for the highlight, he expressed, "This is bad news." However, Hwang Jung-min captivated attention with his unique husky voice, showcasing impressive vocal power.
The much-anticipated ending part, 'Open the Window of Your Heart,' left a deep resonance, and the latecomer Daesung, along with BSS and Taeyang, cheered with standing applause, saying, "(Our hearts) are opened."
Meanwhile, after finishing a theme park date with Kwanghee, G-Dragon met with Jeong Hyung Don to wrap up 'Good Day.' When Jeong Hyung Don asked, "What was your impression of doing 'Good Day'?" G-Dragon replied, "I was honored to participate, and when you suggested doing such a ridiculous thing, the fact that you agreed for a good cause was a great strength for me."
He continued, "I wished that more people could enjoy laughing through music, even for a little while, but all I did was come here every day and laugh all day until my cheeks hurt, which is all that has happened. If the Big Bang members had been here while I rested, now we have 30 members."
