'Spoonful of Love' is a sitcom that first aired in March 1998 and ended in December 2000, depicting the daily happenings of people working at the spoonful gynecology clinic. It featured actors such as Oh Ji-myung, Sun Woo-yong, Park Young-kyu, Park Mi-sun, Kim Sung-eun, Lee Tae-ran, Song Hye-kyo, and Kim So-yeon, and created the top child character Mi-dal. Additionally, many celebrities entertained viewers by imitating the characters from the show, and there was a resurgence in viewership on platforms like YouTube.
