Broadcaster Cho Sae-ho revealed that he is at risk for heart disease, raising concerns.
On the 12th, a video titled "Excuses are excuses" was uploaded to the 'Tteunteun' channel. On that day, movie star Yoo Hae-jin and Kang Ha-neul, who returned with the film 'Opposition' (Director Hwang Byeong-guk), appeared as guests.
Yoo Jae-suk, during a conversation, asked Yoo Hae-jin, "Do you eat about two meals a day?" Yoo Hae-jin replied, "I eat three meals," and Yoo Jae-suk wondered, "Don't you eat late-night snacks?"
In response, Yoo Hae-jin said, "I don't really eat late-night snacks. I have a small appetite, so I'm not the type to eat a lot." He also noted, "While moving and organizing my things, I found the results from a health examination I had in my late 30s. My weight is the same as now. I don't know about other things, though," surprising everyone.
Hearing this, Cho Sae-ho explained, "They say that maintaining a consistent weight is really important for your health. Because when you gain weight, your heart also enlarges, but when you lose weight, the enlarged heart doesn't shrink. It's similar to having a large engine in a small car."
Then Yoo Jae-suk expressed concern, saying, "Is Joseph currently going through this?" Cho Sae-ho had previously weighed 99 kg but lost weight to 70 kg through dieting and has maintained that weight for over five years.
Cho Sae-ho said, "I was once over 90 kg, so the doctor told me that I really need to take care of my heart," revealing that he is at risk for heart disease. He added, "Maintaining one's weight can be a good key to living a healthy life," sharing advice from his experience.
Yoo Jae-suk admired Yoo Hae-jin, saying, "You've done very well in managing your weight," to which Yoo Hae-jin responded, "It seems like it's the same for me." Yoo Jae-suk agreed, saying, "I'm similar too," and Yoo Hae-jin remarked, "Besides, I don't do any bad things for my body, like drinking or smoking," expressing admiration for maintaining a proper lifestyle.
In response, Yoo Jae-suk stated, "But I think you shouldn't be too confident about health," and Yoo Hae-jin asked, "What do you think is damaging to your health?" Then Yoo Jae-suk replied, "Things like instant food from time to time," and added, "Actually, if you don't do even that much. But I think stress is the worst for a person. Everyone has stress, but we try to manage it less."
