Recently, Lee has been garnering hot responses with her YouTube channel 'Hot Issue Ji,' and Ahn noted, 'Is there anyone these days who is not a fan of Lee Soo-ji?' However, Lee replied, 'There are many,' which attracted attention. In response, Ahn added, 'Opinions in South Korea are diverse.'
Lee revealed, 'I have shed tears while taking a taxi.'
He said, 'The driver asked why I was like that, and I said, 'There are too many negative comments.' Then the driver comforted me, saying, 'Even the president gets criticized; how could you not be criticized?' 'If there are people who like you, there are also those who dislike you.' So I became even more resilient.'
In response, Ahn empathized, 'These days, where is there a celebrity who isn't criticized? It's hard to find.'
Lee also explained about the 'Hot Issue Ji' channel, saying, 'There are 700,000 subscribers. I started in January, wanting to do characters I wanted while 'SNL' was on break. I'm doing everything I want to do even now.' She added, 'It's a comedy styled channel based on the things I enjoy watching. Today, I'm going to sell chicken.'
Previously, Lee transformed into a 'Daecheong-dong mom,' 'Jamie Mom,' on her YouTube channel 'Hot Issue Ji,' parodying Daecheong-dong moms who ride bikes for their children's education.
After the video was released, there was a hot response, saying it depicted the typical appearance of mothers that can commonly be seen in the Gangnam area. However, there were also suspicions that it might be targeting actress Han Ga-in, who had previously released a video of her child's academy riding.
Subsequently, Lee faced controversy over a parody video of a previously released vlog by an actress, which was late to gain attention, raising questions whether it mocked certain actresses.
