Stray Kids confirmed the enthusiastic support of South American fans as they successfully wrapped up their concert in Lima as part of their world tour.
Stray Kids held a solo concert on April 9 (local time) at Estadio San Marcos in Lima, Peru, as part of their world tour "Stray Kids World Tour dominATE." After Santiago, Rio de Janeiro, and Sao Paulo, Lima was the first area the group visited for a solo performance since their debut, resulting in a passionate response from local fans, with over 45,000 spectators filling the massive stadium, showcasing their immense global popularity.
Amidst great cheers, Stray Kids opened with powerful performances of "MOUNTAINS," "Sori-ggeun," and "JJAM". They then continued with a parade of their representative hits such as "Back Door," "Chk Chk Boom," and "MANIAC," along with a variety of additional songs, showcasing rich band sounds and vibrant live performances that ignited the fans' enthusiasm.
In particular, the performance of the unit songs from their digital single "Mixtape: dominATE," released on March 21 to celebrate Stray Kids' seventh anniversary, elevated the atmosphere to its peak. The stages of Han & Felix's "Truman," Changbin & I.N's "Burnin' Tires," Bangchan & Hyunjin's "ESCAPE," and Hyunjin & Seungmin's "CINEMA" added a variety of colors to the concert. The grand and unique production of their stage for "GIANT (Korean Ver.)" reached a crescendo of excitement in the venue.
Stray Kids gifted the STAY fandom with unforgettable moments through explosive energy and captivating performances at every stage. In addition, vibrant fireworks illuminated the night sky in Lima, filling the venue with overwhelming emotion. As the performance ended, the eight members expressed, "Thank you for enjoying and responding wonderfully to our first concert in Lima. Thanks to you, it was a perfect day. Having entered major stadiums in each region and drawing in massive crowds, Stray Kids will conclude their Latin America performances in Mexico City on the 12th and 13th. The "dominATE" tour, held across 34 regions with 55 performances, will continue until July 30 in Rome, and Stray Kids is expected to draw a total of 2.2 million spectators for this world tour, setting a record for the largest audience for a single tour in K-pop history.
