The YouTuber released another past video of the deceased Kim Sae-ron, who was sued for defamation and stalking by her family. The YouTuber stated that they had no choice but to make the decision to disclose the video to reveal the truth.
On the 9th, YouTuber A uploaded a video on their channel, refuting the allegations of an underage relationship between actor Kim Soo-hyun and the late Kim Sae-ron. Regarding the suspicion of defending Kim Soo-hyun, A stated, "It is not true at all. If there is decisive evidence that Kim Soo-hyun dated Kim Sae-ron during her teenage years, I believe he should take legal and moral responsibility. However, it is difficult to make a judgment based on the materials disclosed by Gaseyeon so far," and then began the video.
A pointed out errors in the claims about a relationship between 2015 and 2021 made in a statement written by the late Kim Sae-ron and letters that were never sent to Kim Soo-hyun. He explained, "Kim Soo-hyun had a girlfriend from 2016 until the end of his military service in 2019. It was a long relationship lasting nearly three years." He even claimed that during 2018, when Kim Soo-hyun was eating chicken stew made by Kim Sae-ron at his home, he was still in a relationship with that girlfriend.

The released video captured a woman and a man holding hands and kissing in the street. A claimed the woman was the late Kim Sae-ron, but due to poor video quality, it is impossible to confirm whether it is indeed her.
However, even after the video was released, the public's reaction remains cold. First, it has not been confirmed whether the woman is actually Kim Sae-ron, and there are concerns about whether it is appropriate for the YouTuber to continue broadcasting the private life of the deceased while currently being sued by the family.
Meanwhile, on the 17th of last month, the family of Kim Sae-ron filed a lawsuit against A for defamation under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and on the 27th of the same month, they filed an additional lawsuit for violations of the Stalking Punishment Act. Kim Soo-hyun's side has also filed for 12 billion won in damages against the family of Kim Sae-ron and Gaseyeon.
