Born in 2004, Lee Joo-eun led the "Ppi-ki Ppi-ki" cheering craze last year as a cheerleader for the KIA Tigers. Thanks to this, she successfully signed a contract with Taiwan's Fubon Sports & Entertainment after the season, making headlines with speculation over a contract fee of 10 million New Taiwan dollars (approximately 440 million won), which was higher than some players' market values.
Now, she has settled in with the LG Twins instead of the KIA Tigers. Taiwanese media 'ET Today' reported that "Lee Joo-eun has reached an agreement with the company to allow her to freely participate in activities in Korea, as long as they do not affect her activities in Taiwan."
