Former AOA member Kwon Min-ah recently opened up about her struggles with a series of overlapping setbacks.
On the 23rd, Kwon Min-ah shared her difficult feelings through her social media, stating, "I've eaten only one meal in four days while writing in my diary and crying, and I wonder why so many bad things have happened these days." She continued, "There will surely be days filled with happiness, so I'll keep waiting."
Earlier, Kwon Min-ah drew attention by announcing her new start as the head of a dermatology consultation room on social media. Having obtained two certifications, she mentioned she was employed at a hospital set to open on a large scale in March. Kwon Min-ah promised, "Please come to see me, Kwon Min-ah, head of the consultation room, with a comfortable mind," and assured that she would do her best.
She also revealed her active involvement in the entertainment industry. Kwon Min-ah, who debuted in 2012 as part of the group AOA, garnered sympathy after claiming she was bullied by the members following her departure from the team in 2019. However, she faced significant criticism over subsequent issues, including allegations of mistreatment as a nurse, controversy over forced breaks in relationships, and questions about her sincerity during an apology live stream.
In response to the ongoing controversies and criticisms, Kwon Min-ah expressed, "I have been Kwon Min-ah, who constantly made mistakes due to poor judgment. After announcing her new beginning, Kwon Min-ah received an outpouring of support from netizens; however, she recently made headlines again with the unfortunate news about her pet dog.
She shared, "I have very upsetting and sad news. My dog has had a lump on its leg for several years and has undergone surgery several times, but it has consistently recurred, and when I took it to the vet this time, it was diagnosed with malignant cancer. The pain will only become worse, and they advised me to prepare to let go. This will be very painful for both of us. "
Kwon Min-ah also wrote, "Because of the pain, I am looking into anesthesia and euthanasia and funeral arrangements to ensure a peaceful passing. Thank you for always showing so much care and love. If there are any better solutions, please let me know. I will do my utmost for our beautiful Mochi until the very end, don't worry too much."
Not long after, she announced, "I just can't find the courage for euthanasia, and because my heart aches, I can't proceed with it. I will treat Mochi as long as he can endure. If it's just for a brief moment, I will stay with him. Thank you for your many concerns."
