Choo Sung-hoon spoke candidly about his thoughts on married life.
On the 9th, the Netflix variety show 'Choo Rai Choo Rai' was released, featuring Kim Dae-ho as a guest, who shared various stories with Choo Sung-hoon.
On that day, Kim Dae-ho explained while talking about his recent life after declaring himself a freelancer, saying, "I've been working alone for about a month after leaving the company. I signed a contract with my agency recently and received the contract fee."
In response, Choo Sung-hoon mentioned, "I do verbal contracts without writing contracts. I don't know exactly what the split is." He added, "I have to pay taxes in Korea and also in Japan. Since a few percent is taken out at the office, nothing is left."
Hearing this, Kim Dae-ho said, "You have a beautiful and wealthy wife, don't you? It feels like you have everything." He envied and added, "I was born in '84, and many people around me ask if I will get married. They often ask about my ideal type, and I sought opinions from Choo Sung-hoon, who is continuing his married life with Shiho Yano, a top model and broadcaster in Japan."
Then, Choo Sung-hoon cautiously said, "There are good times and bad times." He added, "People who say they have money actually don't have time. They have to work due to necessity, which leaves no time for family."
He continued, "On the contrary, if you marry a woman who doesn't have money, you have plenty of time. It's something you have to judge whether it's good or bad." To this, Kim Dae-ho asked, "Isn't it better to have money than to be without it?" Choo Sung-hoon retorted, "I don't think that's the issue. But thinking only about money is why I can't marry right now," which made everyone burst into laughter.
Additionally, Choo Sung-hoon said, "There are many people with money who still can't live happily. So I don't think money is necessary," adding, "If you have the same happy heart, I consider that a good thing. If you can live happily even with money, that's good."
