Today (10th), on MBC's 'Save Me! Homes' (directed by Jeong Da-hi, Kim Moon-seob, So In-ji, Kim Wan-cheol, Heo Ja-yoon, hereafter 'Homes'), broadcaster Hyun-young and model-turned-broadcaster Heo Seong-beom head to Daechi-dong for a location shoot.
This broadcast heads to Daechi-dong, known as a representative academic district of South Korea, for the purpose of earning a living. The red team features broadcaster Hyun-young, dubbed the 'super mom of the entertainment industry,' as its representative, while the blue team features Heo Seong-beom and Yang Se-chan, known as 'the perfect child from gifted schools,' as their representatives.
The three are heading to the 'Han-gong' for their location shoot in the Daechi-dong academic district. 'Han-gong' refers to dormitories where students from the provinces live and prepare for college entrance exams, and there are about 40 of them in Daechi-dong.
As Heo Seong-beom looked over a room that resembled a dormitory and its rules, he asked, 'Do comedians work in confined spaces when writing sketches?' Yang Se-chan responded, 'We go to open and spacious places where we can capture ideas. I heard that past seniors came up with ideas in nightclubs.' To this, Park Na-rae commented, 'That's right. We used to come up with ideas even while booking. In fact, Yang Se-hyung's 'Yangsebury' became a big hit.'
Meanwhile, following last week, rapper Nucksal from 'Yeonhui-dong Kids,' chef Jeong Ji-sun, and Kim Sook hit the streets of Chinese cuisine in Yeonhui-dong. While looking at the transformed Yeonhui-dong from a residential area to a commercial area, Kim Sook noted, 'There was a house I almost bought 20 years ago. I gave up back then because it was too expensive.' After this, she stated that she started searching for that building from that time.
The three embark on a location shoot to check the market prices in the upscale districts of Yeonhui-dong. Struck speechless by the high ceilings and unobstructed yard views, they exclaim, 'I want to live here.' 'It's so beautiful,' expressing their admiration.
Kim Sook asks Jeong Ji-sun, who was gazing at the unobstructed view of Ansan, a question related to her husband. In response, Jeong Ji-sun clarifies, 'Just yesterday, the divorce article came out. The title was 'the couple with the worst relationship.' Many misunderstand, but we actually get along well.' Kim Sook then suggests that Jeong Ji-sun make a video message.
Meanwhile, Nucksal from 'Yeonhui-dong Kids' introduces a famous villa in Yeonhui-dong before embarking in a solo location shoot. As he tours the house with a spacious living room, fireplace, and yard, he repeatedly says, 'This is the life I've dreamed of~ it's so nice!' causing curiosity.
The second story of the location shoot for earning a living in Daechi-dong, the number one education hub in South Korea, and the Chinese cuisine road in Yeonhui-dong will be revealed at 10 p.m. on MBC's 'Save Me! Homes.'
