Comprehensive content corporation RBW opened the first session of its flagship educational program, the "Entertainment Business Master Class," on Jan. 1, 2025.
The "Entertainment Business Master Class" is a practical training program for job seekers in the entertainment industry, operated by RBW as part of the Young Employment Support Project (ESG). Now in its fourth year, the program has established itself as an indispensable education program, recording a high application rate each year.
This educational program, which demonstrates the high interest of young people in employment in the entertainment industry, recorded a competition rate of 3.16:1, with a final selection of 25 trainees.
The selected trainees will build practical experience through various programs, including job theory training such as ▲A&R, content planning, ▲album release through team projects, ▲employment competency enhancement training through special lectures by HR personnel and graduates who secured employment early, and workshops and mock interviews. This year, the curriculum has been revamped to strengthen the team project practice, allowing trainees to participate in the production of one song per team, enhancing their practical skills.
RBW has operated various training programs, including the Young Employment Support Project, to nurture talent in the entertainment industry, having produced over 1,000 graduates to date. Among them, about 82% have successfully gained employment in major domestic entertainment companies, media organizations, performance planning, marketing, and other content industries, actively participating in their fields.
RBW plans to provide unwavering support for the training trainees to become talent in the entertainment industry and intends to assist young people in their smooth entry into society through ongoing follow-up management after the training ends.
