Baby Monster, the next-generation girl group from YG Entertainment, is drawing attention by showcasing significant projects with local industries even before their official debut in Japan.

According to YG Entertainment on the 9th, Baby Monster is conducting a collaboration event, 'Google Pixel IMAGINATION STUDIO with BABYMONSTER,' with Google Pixel at SHIBUYA TSUTAYA in Tokyo from the 29th of last month until the 13th. This venue, located right in front of the world-famous tourist attraction Shibuya Scramble Crossing, a large shopping mall that sees hundreds of thousands of visitors each day, has been bustling with crowds since the first day.

The event space was designed on a massive scale, featuring a 1st floor 'IMAGINATION TOUR' lined with life-size acrylic stands of Baby Monster and a 1st basement level 'DIVE INTO MUSIC VIDEO' that immerses visitors in the music video world of songs like 'DRIP' and 'Really Like You.' The area featured unique sensory experiences by actively incorporating Baby Monster's signature logo and designs from their first studio album [DRIP].

The venue was filled with various booths providing entertainment and sights. It offered a special experience with Google's AI-enabled smartphone Pixel 9 Pro to create personalized Baby Monster photos, available in certain regions including Japan (excluding domestic sales). Additionally, there was a gift giveaway event for participants, tour merchandise, and new goods available for pre-sale on-site, enhancing fan satisfaction. A communication space where messages could be sent to members was also prepared.

Even before its official entry into Japan, Baby Monster has been garnering attention from the local industry, undertaking significant projects. This is a moment that confirms their local influence, having captured not only the sensational aspect but also public interest. Following the Google project, they are set to expand their engagement with the audience as the only K-pop artist participating in 'Sony Park Exhibition 2025' Part 2. Furthermore, they have been selected as the vocal performer for the theme song of the highly anticipated local film 'Visible High School Girl,' which is expected to mark their presence with their first original song in Japan, 'Ghost.'

'2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR 'HELLO MONSTERS' IN JAPAN,' which has attracted 100,000 spectators, is also being successfully carried out. Due to explosive demand, the tour schedule has expanded to a total of 12 performances across four cities, gaining momentum as they will meet fans in Kanagawa for three days starting on the 11th, before concluding the tour in Fukuoka.
