Super Junior's Shindong reported on his recent move to a new house.
On the 3rd, Shindong uploaded a video titled "Since I moved, I should have a housewarming party?" on the 'Shindongdaengdong' channel.
That day, Shindong bragged about his open view overlooking the Han River. He said, "I show the view to everyone who comes to the house. You can see the Han River and the Lotte Tower in Jamsil over there. They have fireworks over there on January 1st. I couldn't see them since I was in Taiwan. I must see them next year. This place is nice. It's easy to ride along the riverside directly to the Olympic Park, and there's the Cheongdam Bridge, so the road to Bundang is just straight ahead. It's a mixed-use development here, so there's a supermarket too," he expressed his satisfaction.
He also introduced "the TV I always boast about to everyone, a very expensive 97-inch OLED," noting the 35 million won TV, and said, "The sofa and these things were in my previous house. I will show you the kitchen. I changed the induction stove and replaced the microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. Among these, the best thing I changed is the sink. I saw it on Instagram. And these days, I'm using a food waste disposer that's working really well," he explained.
Furthermore, he said, "What surprises people the most when they come to my house is the trade. When I bring it out, people are amazed. They ask if I have something like this at home because it's far from the dining table. I am taking good care of it without throwing it away. There's a refrigerator I boast about at home that can make crushed ice and purified water. It also has craft ice and mini crushed ice. I hardly need to buy ice anymore," he conveyed.
He added, "There's another refrigerator. I mostly use it as a beverage refrigerator. And this is a coffee machine. It's built-in, but I've never used it. My previous roommate Changmin set it up well," and he said, "Is there anyone who doesn't know this is Changmin's house? I told Changmin that I bought a house. I will show you the closet. Changmin did a great job with the interior, so I haven't touched it much."
Previously, TVXQ's Max Changmin is known to have purchased a 163㎡ (about 1,755 square feet) unit in The Shop Star City, located in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, for 1.48 billion won in cash in 2014. This size of property has been sold for up to 3 billion won this year. Changmin has also bought a 196㎡ (about 2,109 square feet) unit in Hyundai 1st Complex located in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 8.9 billion won (13th floor) in cash last year and currently resides there. Shindong, who lived in a luxury villa in UN Village in Hannam-dong since 2020, seems to have moved by purchasing the house previously inhabited by Changmin.
Shindong guided viewers to his computer room, storage room, and then the master bedroom. He said, "This is my room. I changed my bed this time to a Tempur moving bed. It lifts up when you press the button, making it great for watching TV," and added, "I custom-made this because of the beam projector. This was more expensive, it probably cost around 400 (million won)," revealing the high-priced furniture.
