Singer Lee Hyori revealed her weight, saying she has "a body type that doesn't gain weight."
On 2nd, Lee Hyori appeared on KBS Cool FM's 'Oh My Girl Hyojung's Volume Up' to honestly share her weight and diet experience.
In response to the question about dieting, Lee Hyori said, "I naturally have a body type that doesn't gain weight. My weight is 53 kg. If I really gain, it's 54 kg, and if I lose a lot, it's 51 kg. I have never been outside that range," adding, "I have never tried dieting."
She also added, "The problem is that I look too skinny or my cheeks are sunken, so these days I try to eat well."
Meanwhile, in 2019, she appeared on makeup artist Hong Hyunjeong's YouTube channel, revealing that her weight was 57 kg and mentioning, "There doesn't seem to be much difference in appearance, but all the clothes I used to wear still fit. It seems my core muscles have increased."
After marrying singer Lee Sang-soon in 2013, Lee Hyori lived in Jeju Island but recently moved to Seoul. She is currently the MC of the makeup survival program 'Top Class Makeup Survival – Just Makeup.'
