Singer-songwriter Kwon Jin-ah has unveiled the tracklist for her upcoming third studio album "The Dreamest," set to be released on the 25th.
Her agency, Another, stated on the 7th, "This album includes a total of 10 tracks, including the double title songs 'Reunion' and 'Let Me Go.' Kwon Jin-ah participated as a producer, directly engaging in writing, composing, and arranging, and she carefully oversaw the overall quality of the album."
Ahead of the official release, Kwon Jin-ah will pre-release the track "Love & Hate" on the 10th, along with its music video. In addition, a variety of songs, including "New Footprints," "Don't Go Today," "Still Miss U," "Naughty Train," "Wonderland," "An Adult Child," and "To Meet You," will enrich the album.
In particular, the fact that she first showcased some songs live at last year's performance, then pre-released one of those songs and selected the double title songs, hints at Kwon Jin-ah's exceptional confidence and musical completeness regarding this album.
Kwon Jin-ah's new album "The Dreamest" is her first studio album in approximately 6 years since the release of her second studio album "My Shape" in September 2019, and it is the first release under Another, following her contract in February. The album title "The Dreamest" conveys Kwon Jin-ah's artistic ambition to pursue the highest form of dreams without tire.
Through this album, Kwon Jin-ah is expected to deliver even deeper emotions by freely traversing various genres, including her characteristic emotional ballads, R&B, and pop.
On the same day, Kwon Jin-ah revealed two concept photo versions, "Beautiful" and "Mess," through her official social media. The photos depict radiant beauty and chaotic emotions along her journey toward her dreams, further heightening anticipation for the new album.
Meanwhile, to celebrate the release of her third studio album, Kwon Jin-ah will hold a solo concert on May 10 and 11 at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul. The concert will feature live performances of the new songs for the first time, marking a meaningful opportunity to share Kwon Jin-ah's deepened musical world with the audience as she establishes herself as a "performance artist." Ticket pre-sales will start that day, with general sales on the 9th.
