Lee Soo-kyung, who is 'single', is set to deliver laughter through her experience of sole parenting.
The 14th episode of the variety show 'Single,' co-produced by SBS Plus and E Channel, will air on the evening of 8th at 8:40 p.m., featuring Lee Soo-kyung spending a day caring for her close friend's triplet children, experiencing real-life parenting.
On this day, Lee Soo-kyung says, "A very special guest is coming today," and begins to prepare for the guest's arrival. Shortly after, a friend of Lee Soo-kyung makes a surprise visit with the triplet boys, to which Lee Soo-kyung reveals, "My close friend said, 'Children are a blessing. Just experience it together,' so I thought, 'Alright, let's see how wonderful it is.'"
The joy of meeting the three children is short-lived, as Lee Soo-kyung begins to sweat over their dirty diapers. Despite an urgent effort to deal with the situation, Lee Soo-kyung, in a state of panic, ends up making the mistake of putting the 'soiled pants' directly into the washing machine. Amidst the 'washing machine disaster,' Lee Soo-kyung makes a face suggesting she knows exactly what the children have eaten, prompting laughter from everyone. During this time, 'experienced' Oh Yoon-ah responds to Lee Soo-kyung's SOS and makes a surprising entrance. Oh Yoon-ah skillfully comforts the crying children and captures their attention with toys, showcasing her 'parenting master' abilities. Lee Soo-kyung praises her, saying, "You are my savior!"
After the 'absurd sole parenting,' the two order delivery food and enjoy a delightful 'post-parenting meal.' While having a pleasant dinner, Lee Soo-kyung reminisces about her first meeting with Oh Yoon-ah, revealing the difficult feelings she had due to rumors from that time. She mentions, "People who heard absurd rumors from somewhere made strange comments," adding, "One day, a friend called me, mentioning the name of a man I've never met and saying I was dating him. Such things still remain as a trauma." Lee Soo-kyung continues, saying, "To block out the absurd rumors, I avoided meeting people altogether." Oh Yoon-ah also shares, "I had a similar experience during my rookie days," stating, "Due to being a racing model, there were people who held prejudices. That's why I built walls (around me). I was so covered up that I wore turtlenecks even in midsummer."
During the sincere conversation between the two, MCs Shin Dong-yeob and Hwang Jung-eum also expressed sympathy. Lee Soo-kyung suddenly asks Oh Yoon-ah, "If I were to have a child, would I be able to do well?" He also shares, "I have thought about marriage and even adoption," surprising everyone.
