'MZ wannabe icon' IVE (Ahn Yujin, Fall, RAY, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, Lee Seo) successfully held their fan concert.
IVE held their third fan concert in 2025, 'IVE SCOUT,' at KSPO Dome (formerly the Gymnastics Arena) in Olympic Park, Seoul, on the 5th and 6th.
The concert recorded full sellouts for both shows, with the first day being live-streamed online through the global broadcasting platform Beyond LIVE for more fans to enjoy.
The concert opened with a powerful performance by leader Ahn Yujin and the dancers. Ahn Yujin dominated the audience with powerful choreography and a striking whistle performance, and IVE announced the official start of the fan concert by showcasing the pre-released song 'REBEL HEART' from their new album 'IVE EMPATHY' and the title track of their first full album 'IM.'
After warmly greeting the 'Dive' (official fan club name) that filled the venue, IVE immediately proceeded to the first talk corner, 'I'm that I'm that DAEWON.' Members transformed into 'IVE SCOUT' members and engaged in a verification of the qualities needed to become the best members, performing various missions related to 'wisdom,' 'survival skills,' and 'teamwork,' adding fun for the audience.
With heartwarming chemistry that heightened the concert's energy, they performed their debut song 'ELEVEN' and prepared special unit stages exclusively for the concert, enriching the show's offerings. Ahn Yujin, Fall, and RAY covered Orange Caramel's 'Magic Girl,' while Jang Wonyoung, Liz, and Lee Seo covered pop star Dua Lipa's 'Levitating,' captivating the audience with their distinct charms. Notably, during the 'Magic Girl' stage, the mascot character 'Toring' from tvN's entertainment show 'Ding Ding Earth Arcade' made a surprise appearance, bringing laughter as it ran around the stage.
The stage for the new song 'TKO' from 'IVE EMPATHY' was also unveiled for the first time. The rhythmic hip-hop beats combined with the members' mature vocals captivated the audience, and the choreography matching the song's concept, including gestures that mimicked cutting the neck and boxing moves, left the audience mesmerized. Additionally, the announcement that member Fall had personally created the choreography for 'TKO' alongside a choreographer for this fan concert added to the surprise.
In the following corner, 'DIVE MISSION: Move it, Do it,' members competed to become the 'best DAEWON' in 'IVE SCOUT.' Divided into teams of 3:3, IVE performed individual, unit, and group missions sent by the fans, showcasing various skills from vocals to dance and challenges, fully delivering what the fans wanted to see. After a fierce competition, on the first day, 'DAEWON' winners were RAY, Jang Wonyoung, and Liz, while on the second day, all members of IVE were honored as 'best DAEWON.'
After providing a fulfilling experience for the 'Dive,' IVE elevated the concert's excitement once again with a unique stage. They premiered the title track of their first Japanese album 'WAVE' and performed a parade of mega hit songs like 'Kitsch,' 'LOVE DIVE,' and 'After LIKE,' leading the audience of all ages to sing along. Especially on the beautifully reinterpreted 'LOVE DIVE' stage with a dreamlike concept, the gimbal camera effortlessly followed the members, capturing fantastic visuals while a dynamic dance break brought the audience's cheers to their peak.
As the stage concluded, members shared their reflections before the final song, 'ATTITUDE.' They expressed, 'We wanted to fill this fan concert with things that Dive loves even more, so we pondered and prepared together with the members,' and added, 'The voices of Dive seem to be the greatest motivation for us. Thanks to Dive, we always gain the strength to move forward,' conveying heartfelt gratitude.
Having poured their energy into the final minutes, IVE took the stage again in response to enthusiastic encore requests from the fans. The members made a surprise appearance while performing the new song 'Thank U,' utilizing the extended stage and mobile cart to interact closely with the audience, making unforgettable moments by sharing signed balls they had prepared in advance. For the final song 'NOT YOUR GIRL,' all the members gathered again on stage to splendidly conclude the finale.
Through this 'IVE SCOUT,' IVE showcased their perfect live and performance skills, proving their worth as a 'performance idol.' Moreover, they dispensed a refreshing green forest scent throughout the concert venue, ensuring that the memories of the event remained vivid. In between performances, they shared a VCR showing the members transformed into scout members working together to find treasures, spreading positive messages to young Dive attending the concert. With the larger venue size, IVE made full use of various stage elements such as the extended stage, mobile cart, and scent dispensers. Expectations are growing for their future moves as they have become known as a 'performance gem' and 'stage gem.'
Recently, IVE concluded their activities for the third mini album 'IVE EMPATHY,' making a significant impression on music fans both domestically and internationally. They achieved 11 music show wins with the pre-released song 'REBEL HEART' and 4 wins with the title track 'ATTITUDE,' totaling 15 music show wins for the new album, proving their prowess as K-pop's 'hit makers.'
Meanwhile, IVE is set to hold a fan concert tour, '2025 IVE FAN CONCERT 'IVE SCOUT' IN JAPAN,' starting in Aichi, Japan, on April 12 and 13, visiting four cities across Japan.
