JYP Entertainment (hereafter JYP) girl group NiziU has revealed behind-the-scenes photos of the music video for their new song 'LOVE LINE (Destiny Line),' raising expectations for their music broadcast activities starting today, 3rd.
NiziU made a comeback on March 31 with their second Korean single 'LOVE LINE' and the title track 'LOVE LINE (Destiny Line).' They will grant performances starting with Mnet's 'M Countdown' on 3rd, followed by MBC's 'Show! Music Core' on 5th and SBS's 'Inkigayo' on 6th.
The title track 'LOVE LINE (Destiny Line)' is a song based on the story that 'the destined partner is connected by a red thread,' likening feelings for a loved one to the 'destiny line' on a palm. The music video portrays the journey of the nine members who are on a special mission to connect people's destinies. The exciting storyline, highlighted by cute imagination, kitsch, and retro mood, offers various points that enhance immersion.
JYP released behind-the-scenes photos of the 'LOVE LINE (Destiny Line)' music video on the afternoon of 3rd, responding to fans' love. In the photos, members Mako, Riku, Rima, Rio, Maya, Miihi, Mayuka, Ayaka, and Nina radiate the team's unique vibrant energy with playful smiles and photogenic poses against a backdrop of colorful neon signs and threads. The individual cuts showcase a street mood styling and confident expressions, revealing their individuality.
On the afternoon of their comeback day, NiziU conducted a countdown live via their official YouTube channel to communicate with fans. They shared album unboxing, teaser video viewing and comments, and album spoiler keyword talks, celebrating the release of their new work. NiziU made a solid impression in the music industry by achieving first place in music broadcasts just nine days after their official domestic debut with the Korean single 'Press Play' and the title track 'HEARTRIS,' which was released in October 2023, and ranking 7th in the first week sales of K-Pop girl group debut albums at that time. They continue their active presence with a deeper music and performance in their first domestic comeback work 'LOVE LINE' after approximately 1 year and 5 months.
