Actor Cha In-pyo and his spouse Shin Ae-ra take on the role of hope messengers to mark the 10th anniversary of the human documentary 'Walking Together.'

In the special 500th episode of KBS 1TV's human documentary 'Walking Together,' which will air at 6 p.m. on the 5th, the prominent star couple Cha In-pyo and Shin Ae-ra, who have been actively engaged in various charitable activities and consistent volunteer work, will make a special grants appearance.

The couple, who have been at the forefront of various charitable activities and volunteer work, has particularly extended their support to children in need, both domestically and internationally, based on their interest in adoption and child welfare. Therefore, to celebrate the 500th episode of 'Walking Together,' Cha In-pyo and Shin Ae-ra plan to visit a children's home, listen to the child's story, and deliver encouraging messages to those in need of help.

The protagonists they will meet are Min-seok, a 'turtle boy' (12 years old), living with his grandmother (75 years old) in a grandparent-grandchild family. After hearing about Min-seok's story, Cha In-pyo and Shin Ae-ra will visit him and gift him a warm day. They will spend meaningful time with Min-seok, who loves trains.

Additionally, they will not only listen to the grandmother's story and offer warm comfort, but also treat her to a meal, and give tailored gifts to Min-seok, who dreams of becoming a car maker, demonstrating their support, making their meeting even more anticipated.

Shin Ae-ra said, "There are still many neighbors in difficult situations who cannot stand up by themselves without someone holding their hand. I hope that 'Walking Together' can shed light on the plight of those marginalized neighbors and that we can join hands together."
