The group UNIS announced a unique transformation with a 'SWICY' high teen sensibility.
UNIS (Jin Hyun-joo, Nana, Jelly Dongka, Kotoko, Bang Yoon-ha, Elisha, Oh Yoon-ah, Lim Seo-won) unveiled the first concept photo, Archive version, of their second mini album 'SWICY' through their official SNS channel at midnight on the 1st.
That day, a total of 13 photos were revealed, including group shots, individual portraits, and unit photos of Jin Hyun-joo, Nana, and Jelly Dongka. Above all, UNIS’s transformation into students catches the eye. The eight members completed their own high teen sensibility with a non-ordinary school uniform styling highlighted by navy with red ties.
In the individual photos, Jin Hyun-joo, Nana, and Jelly Dongka express different looks of teenage girls using various school settings such as stairs, classrooms, and hallways. The perfect visual harmony of the three members also drew viewers’ attention. In the unit photos, they added a refreshing atmosphere by gazing at one spot while leaning against the wall.
Additionally, at noon that day, the reservation for 'SWICY' will begin through various album sites. This album will be released in three versions: Archive, Recipe, and Keyring. The design that maximizes UNIS's loveliness and Gen Z style, along with the diverse compositions of each version, is expected to stimulate fans' desire to collect.
'SWICY' is a neologism meaning a combination of 'Spicy' meaning hot and 'Sweet' meaning sweet. UNIS unfolds the story and emotions set in a school backdrop through the keyword 'SWICY.'
Meanwhile, UNIS will release their mini album 'SWICY' on the 15th, opening the door to their 2025 activities.
