The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie 'Spider-Man' returns with the fourth series, and the release date and subtitle have been revealed.

According to a report by the American media outlet Variety on the 31st (local time), the title of the movie 'Spider-Man 4' has been confirmed as 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' and it is scheduled to be released on July 31, 2026.

Destin Daniel Cretton, the director of 'Spider-Man 4', attended the world's largest film industry exhibition 'CinemaCon 2025' being held in Las Vegas, United States, and noted that filming for 'Spider-Man 4' is set to begin this summer, announcing the production schedule.

Currently filming Christopher Nolan's new film 'Odyssey', Tom Holland was unable to attend the event but sent his greetings through a video.

He stated, "I know I left with a huge cliffhanger at the end of 'No Way Home'. So 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' is a new beginning. That's all I have to say."

The director said, "I am spending time exploring the next chapter of this amazing character with the most incredible team of artists in the world, and you will see their amazing work when 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' hits theaters."

'Spider-Man 4' is expected to feature Tom Holland, as well as Zendaya Coleman and Jacob Batalon, who play MJ and Ned, respectively, and there are reports that Sadie Sink, who gained recognition from 'Stranger Things', will be joining the cast.

Meanwhile, the 'Spider-Man' series starring Tom Holland has recorded global box office success, particularly with 'Spider-Man: No Way Home', released in 2021, which earned $1.9 billion worldwide.
