In particular, lawyer Kim Jong-bok, who attended with Kim Soo-hyun, submitted a complaint against the bereaved family of the late Kim Sae-ron and the operators of Gaseyeon for violations of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, including defamation. He stated that a claim for damages amounting to 12 billion won was also filed with the Seoul Central District Court.
