The family of actor late Kim Sae-ron stated that the stalking allegations against YouTuber A have been recognized, and A directly refuted this.

On the 31st, Kwon Young-chan, the head of the Korea Celebrity Suicide Prevention Association, who has been communicating with the family of late Kim Sae-ron, said through CBS No Cut News, "Today (31st), A's stalking crime was recognized and a provisional measure was issued by the court. Accordingly, A is prohibited from broadcasting on YouTube for three months in relation to late Kim Sae-ron and the family."

Earlier, the family submitted a complaint against YouTuber A for defaming late Kim Sae-ron by producing videos containing false information. However, as A continued to expose the late star's private life, on the 27th, the family filed an additional complaint against Lee Jin-ho for violating the Stalking Crime Punishment Act and requested a provisional measure.

In this context, according to the family, the court has issued a provisional measure recognizing A's stalking crime, prohibiting A from broadcasting on YouTube related to late Kim Sae-ron and the family for three months.

However, A posted on their YouTube channel, "The allegations against me have not been recognized, nor have any false facts been acknowledged for the provisional measure to be applied. This has been clearly stated by the investigative agency."

They explained, "I have not yet been investigated even once regarding not only the false information complaint but also this complaint. The true facts will be clarified through future investigations, yet due to the public nature of the issue, it appears that a provisional measure has been temporarily applied."

They further noted, "In particular, the broadcast about Kim Sae-ron is not false information and has nothing to do with the provisional measure. This means I can continue to reveal the truth about Kim Sae-ron," adding, "I am considering correcting the facts through an appeal regarding this provisional measure. Why are they trying so hard to silence me? I will clearly reveal the truth that someone is afraid of."

Meanwhile, Bu Ji-seok, a lawyer from Law Firm Buyou, representing the family of late Kim Sae-ron, attended the Seoul Police Agency on the afternoon of the 17th to submit a complaint against YouTuber A. Bu Ji-seok explained, "To clarify the situation regarding the photo Kim Sae-ron posted with Kim Soo-hyun, she had been suffering extreme distress after receiving a content certification message and sent a text pleading for help. After no response, she posted a photo of a past romantic partner, hoping that might elicit a response, but YouTuber A twisted that into a strange narrative of a self-made drama and self-love, leaving the family with no choice but to file a lawsuit."

However, A rebutted, "I intend to prove my innocence through the evidence and materials I possess. If I bear any responsibility for the situation of Kim Sae-ron, I will not avoid any consequences. However, I also have evidence that I cannot disclose. I will submit this evidence to the investigative agency and work to correct the false information."
