About 1,500 audience members gathered for a surprise busking performance by 'K-band scene representative' Lucy (LUCY), achieving great success.
On the 29th, Lucy held a surprise busking event for their mini album 'Wajangchang' at the Changpo Garden in North Seoul Dream Forest. Even though the busking location was announced two hours before the performance began, the site was packed with countless audience members.
That day, Lucy began the busking in a refreshing atmosphere with much-loved songs 'Ajirangyi' and 'Gaehwa (Flowering)'.
In particular, Lucy first revealed the live performance of the first title track 'Jamkkae' from their mini album 'Wajangchang', which was pre-released on the 27th, responding to the enthusiastic support from the audience, leading to an explosive reaction. Lucy presented a perfect stage with catchy melodies and a lively violin melody, bringing spring to the audience.
Lucy also provided a spoiler about their mini album 'Wajangchang', set to be released on April 23. While performing the highlight of the second title track 'Hama' live, there was a strong response to member Shin Ye-chan's violin solo, greatly increasing expectations for their comeback. Additionally, Lucy successfully concluded the surprise busking with a parade of hit songs such as 'MP3', 'Ani Geunde Jinjja', and '21segiui Eotteon Nal'.
Thus, Lucy showcased their exceptional passion for music, conducting individual busking before their debut, and further emphasized it by conducting a group busking under the name Lucy before the release of the mini album. They also revisited songs played during their pre-debut busking, giving a glimpse of their dazzlingly improved musical skills.
