The Yoon Hyung-bin Theatre, boasting a 15-year history, brought laughter to audiences until the end.
On the 30th, the final performance was held at the Yoon Hyung-bin Theatre located in Hongdae, Seoul. This performance, conducted as a preview for KBS2's 'Comedy Concert,' marked the last stage of a theatre that had been the cradle of comedy in South Korea for 15 years.
Before the performance began, the area in front of the Yoon Hyung-bin Theatre was bustling with spectators gathered to watch the final show. As it was the last performance, the show featured veteran comedians from 'Comedy Concert,' including Yoon Hyung-bin, Jung Beom-kyun, Park Hwi-soon, Kim Ji-ho, Lee Jong-hoon, Kim Sung-won, Shin Yoon-seung, and Jo Soo-yeon, as well as comedy trainees from the Yoon Hyung-bin Theatre, all making the audience laugh more passionately than ever.
The performance showcased popular segments currently airing on 'Comedy Concert,' such as 'Simgo Police Station' and 'Australopithecus,' along with unreleased new segments. The audience, packed with no empty seats, responded enthusiastically to each segment.
Shin Yoon-seung, who has risen to prominence as a popular comedian following the revival of 'Comedy Concert,' was a member who made sure to grant appearances at the Yoon Hyung-bin Theatre performances despite a busy schedule. After the final performance ended, he could not contain his overwhelming emotions during the curtain call and became teary-eyed. Fans chanted 'Don't cry,' to which Shin Yoon-seung replied with a shy smile that he did not cry.
