According to the police on the 31st, the Seodaemun Police Station in Seoul has assigned two cases against Lee and is reviewing the allegations.

On the 17th, the family of Kim filed a lawsuit against Lee for defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act. Lee claimed that Kim engaged in a performance by posting a photo on social media suggesting a relationship with actor Kim Soo-hyun, which the family contends constitutes the dissemination of false information. The family also filed an additional lawsuit against Lee for violation of the Stalking Punishment Act on the 27th.

At the request of the family, the police applied to the court for a temporary injunction to prohibit Lee's access, and the court granted it.

On this day, Lee posted a statement on his YouTube channel regarding the court's temporary injunction, stating, "The allegations against me have neither been acknowledged nor deemed false information for the temporary injunction to be granted; rather, it appears that it is temporarily granted because it has become a social issue." Lee also claimed, "The broadcast regarding Kim Sae-ron is not false information and has nothing to do with the temporary injunction." He stated, "This means that I can continue to broadcast the truth about Kim Sae-ron."
