Actor Kang Tae-oh captured the hearts of women with his 'Kang Fox' persona.
Kang Tae-oh appeared as So Baek-ho, a younger man without brakes, in the tvN weekend drama 'The Potato Lab' (directed by Kang Il-soo and Shim Jae-hyun, written by Kim Ho-su, planned by CJ ENM Studios, produced by Chorokbaem Media) which aired on the 29th.
On this day, So Baek-ho, after meeting his ex-boyfriend, kindly treated Kim Mi-kyung (played by Lee Sun-bin), who was feeling bad, and actively impressed her as 'soft peach.' So Baek-ho revealed his suppressed feelings by saying to Kim Mi-kyung, who was avoiding him, "If you push me away like this, what will happen to my feelings?"
After reconciling, So Baek-ho subtly flirted with Kim Mi-kyung, who was working late at the lab, by saying, "Use your boyfriend's power." When Kim Mi-kyung playfully replied, "I never said we were dating," So Baek-ho showed a cute younger man's expression with a flustered face.
Then, when Kim Mi-kyung urged, "You should properly confess first," So Baek-ho delivered a 'personalized confession' for Kim Mi-kyung. Taking her to the potato field, So Baek-ho knelt down on one knee and began to speak. Seeing this, Kim Mi-kyung jumped up, saying, "I'm scared to hear what you'll say," and So Baek-ho replied, "Then I won't say it," as he leaned in for a kiss.
In this way, Kang Tae-oh heated up Saturday nights with a full-course romance, from clever direct confessions to sweet kisses, showcasing his 'Kang Fox' charm. As the character So Baek-ho adds new charm each episode, expectations are building for Kang Tae-oh's 'Kang Fox' performance.
Meanwhile, 'The Potato Lab,' featuring Kang Tae-oh, airs at 9:20 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday on tvN.
