The live version music video of "Panic," featuring Tomorrow X Together's Beomgyu's soft yet solid voice, has been released.
Beomgyu released his first mixtape and self-composed song, "Panic," on the 27th, delivering comfort and solace to listeners in his own language. On the 29th at midnight, the live version music video, focused on singing, was uploaded to HYBE Labels' official YouTube channel and the group's official social media, attracting attention.
The music video begins with Beomgyu, who was in darkness, walking into a place illuminated by bright light and gripping a microphone. Beomgyu naturally blends into a space filled with various instruments, such as guitars and drums.
He powerfully sings intuitive lyrics like, "I will tightly hold onto my crumbling heart," and "In this damned world, I will boldly tell you to display it proudly," conveying deep resonance. The electric guitar and cool, punchy drum sounds enhance the sense of presence in the video, elevating the charm of "Panic."
Beomgyu also conducts events to experience the song in various ways. At Suwon Starfield's "VINYL," there will be a place to listen to the "Panic" sound source and a vinyl containing Beomgyu's voice message on a turntable. In this space, listeners can also enjoy nine recommended LPs that Beomgyu personally prepared, imbued with the meaning of "solace." The events will run from March 29 to 30 and from April 4 to 6. A collaborative listening event with a sensory experience exhibition, "Conversations in the Dark," utilizing diverse senses other than sight, will take place in Seoul and Hwaseong on the 6th of next month. The listening experience will be conducted in complete darkness, allowing greater immersion in Beomgyu's voice message and the "Panic" sound source.
Meanwhile, "Panic," released at 6 p.m. on the 27th, ranked first on the iTunes "Top Songs" chart in 15 countries
