G-Dragon apologized for the concert that started approximately 40 minutes late due to inclement weather.

On the 29th, G-Dragon held the third world tour 'G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Ubermensch]' at Goyang Sports Complex in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang City.

G-Dragon will meet over 60,000 fans on the 29th and 30th, kicking off the third world tour. This performance, held after 8 years since the second world tour that set the record for the largest scale tour ever for a solo artist, began amid high expectations from fans.

Earlier that day, 5 hours before the concert, Coupang Play noted, "Due to inclement weather, we are informing you of the change in the operation time for the performance on March 29 (Saturday)," stating that the entrance for the VIP sound check event would start at 3 p.m., one hour later than the original time of 2 p.m., and the sound check event was postponed from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Along with this, the main performance time was also changed from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. However, the concert did not commence at the changed time of 7 p.m. At the venue, without any separate announcements, only Coupang Play advertisements and G-Dragon's music videos were repeatedly shown.

After waiting about 43 minutes, G-Dragon appeared on stage at 7:43 p.m., and G-Dragon's side explained the delay, stating, "Due to the inclement weather (strong winds) at the site, the concert was delayed for safety reasons, and as a result, the concert was further delayed by about 40 minutes."

In response, G-Dragon also personally apologized on stage, saying, "I am sorry for starting the concert late due to the cold weather."

Meanwhile, G-Dragon decided to donate 300 million won from the revenue generated by the 'G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Ubermensch]' concerts held on the 29th and 30th at Goyang Sports Complex to support the recovery efforts for the large forest fire damage in areas like Gyeongsang-do and Ulsan.
